We were purchasing our first home and everyone said to go to this person, and this person. We ended up not listening and somehow came across Todd. All I can say is we feel sure lucky and are extremely thankful we met Todd. He helped us more than we ever thought possible. No questions we had ever seemed stupid, even if we thought they may have been. From what we heard from others experience with other realtors, Todd went above and beyond for us. We were picky with important specifications that we required at an affordable first time home buyer budget... Which was not easy. He found us our perfect home that had everything we required and could not be happier! 
Also with the new experiences with purchasing our first home, busy work schedules and required specifications, it was becoming very stressful and Todd made sure everything was as stress-free as possible.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for everything Todd did for us. We were hoping to purchase a condo for our son at University, and we live in Florida, so you can imagine how challenging this would be. When I reached out to Todd I told him I was going to be a very difficult client to please and he expressed he was up for the challenge. After Todd sent me several listings I gave him my feedback and he quickly figured out exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to filter out condo's that he knew would not make the cut. He also made great efforts to spend days showing me condo's when I came to Kelowna. For all my pickiness he managed to find me 4 that I loved. Unfortunately, while I was there everything we tried to purchase kept selling out from under us. However, this did not stop Todd! He collected my son to see other condo's and a week later we finally closed on a beautiful new home in the perfect location! He helped us with every detail from the lawyer, the strata company, utilities and even help my son move in. We have bought and sold 6 times and I can honestly say we have never received this kind of service from a real estate agent ever! Todd always had our best interests in the forefront of the negotiations and made sure we were updated at all times.
